“How much did Arnold Schwarzenegger weigh in his prime.” I pondered this tonight at the gym after weighing myself. I don’t get too concerned with weight since I don’t feel like I have a lot of fat to lose and muscle weighs more than fat. However, I do worry about the long term of lugging lots of weight around on my heart. I am in no way shape or form “ripped” and have a bit of a gut I wouldn’t mind loosing.
I took the day off assuming we (DIM Media) wouldn’t get back from Wausau until late last night. Since we got back Saturday night, I decided to take advantage of the day off and hang out with my lovely girlfriend, who I have missed quite a bit while in Wausau. To kick off the day, we went to Como Zoo to see some animals. Aside from wading through seas of young mothers who didn’t seem to min if their kids were nearly falling into the animal pens, it was a lovely time. It was sunny, it was warm, and the orangutans were picking eachother’s butts. Pictures are below.
In an update to my last Craig’s List posting about their tightening up of their “exotic services” category, I found this post on the Craig’s List blog today ordering an apology from South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster. McMaster feels he has “no choice” but to move forward in bringing criminal charges against Craig’s List for aiding in prostitution by way of it’s “exotic services” category (which was defunct prior to McMaster’s decree). Unless McMaster is an exception to the apparent rule of corrupt politicians, I am willing to bet he used Craig’s List to pick up an escort and was sent an overly rough dominatrix. Now he has a grudge after recovering from the stiletto heal wounds…
As seen on Tech Crunch tonite, Craig’s List is modifying their “Erotic Services” category and tightening up rules to stamp out the apparent widespread use of its site for prostitution.
For being a techie guy, it sure took me long enough to get my Allusions to Interaction series online, but it is done now. I finished the series in April of 08 and it hung at 2nd Moon for all of May and June. Since then, I showed a couple pieces at the Java J’s Show in February, but otherwise, it has been sitting in my basement.
