I have been a fan of net radio for a long time and have always used it as a way to listen to ambient/chill/lounge tunes. The down side is that i never know what the names of the artists nor song because 90% of the time the artist info isn’t listed with the stream. Well, today one of my favorite tracks came on and the info was included. The song is “fifths” by Ski Oakenfull. After googeling it, it is actually a remix by Jazzanova as far as I can tell. However, I found the video for the original track by Ski on Youtube. It is a really neat vid. The remix is similar but does a lot more offbeat stuff with the main synth line. I am a big fan of off rhythms, so I love the remix. If you can find the remix, I think you will dig it.
